In this life drawing class you’ll be gently guided through mindful techniques that will help you quiet your mind and ease into your body. Recharge with an experience curated to honour, appreciate and connect with your body, in all of its strength and beauty. This is a perfect opportunity to link up with a loved one or to pencil in some well-deserved you time.
Everything that you need for the session will already be there, you just need to bring yourself and be happy to leave the outside world at the door for an hour or so. What a delicious (nearly) end of week treat. I can’t wait to host you!
